Tining moved into the Legarda house in 1971 when she married the family chauffer Leonor. Tining and Leonor have raised a family together on the property Today, Tining supervises the service at La Cocina de Tita Moning, and has become our best sales woman.
Leonor Techo"LEONOR" - ( Driver )
Leonor was the personal driver of Don Alejandro and Dona Ramona Legarda. Today, Leonor still drives for members of the Legarda Clan , runs errands for La Cocina de Tita Moning and helps guest park during private parties at the house.
Russel Atipon "RUSSEL" - (Chief Cook)
Russel started working at the Legarda household in 1996 as the gardener and houseboy of Tita Moning. At the Debut of La Cocina de Tita Moning, he became a kitchen apprentice. Russel now heads the La Cocina de Tita Moning kitchen.
Monica Baguio "MONETTE" - Server / La Cocina Secretary
She started working at "La Cocina de Tita Moning" when she was only 19. Today, Monette is one of our most valuable staff.
Wendy Cariazo "WENDY" - Server
Wendy is married with 1 child, she works at La Cocina de Tita Moning to gain knowledge and experience.
Jose Gabaisen"JOSE" - Kitchen helper
Jose is 27 years old and seeks his fortune in Manila. In the meantime he bakes the special puddings at “La Cocina de Tita Moning” and washes the dishes and glasses during special functions.
