Roel is the boss at our kiosk in Mall of Asia. Aside from earning a living, Roel does it to learn more about cuisine and traditions.
Annalou Mahinay (Kiosk Personnel) --- "ANNALOU"
Annalou enjoys cooking and is working with us at La Cocina de Tita Moning to learn more about cuisine, to gain experience, and to earn extra money to support her parents.
Myrmina works at La Cocina de Tita Moning to learn how to be independent and to help her parents and her sister with two children in their secondary needs.
Annelyn Pe (Kiosk Personnel) --- "ANNELYN"
Annelyn has three children and works at La Cocina de Tita Moning to earn enough money to help her husband meet their needs.

Edel is the breadwinner in a family of six. She lives with her younger brother in Manila while the rest of the family resides in the province. Like Adel, she also has a full time job at Malacanang Palace.

Jojo has two children. He works part time at La Cocina to support their studies. Jojo heads a small group of waiters who provide service to a number of hotels during big fuctions.
